This will be my second time at this hotel and experience a very nice stay. The staff was very engaging and patient with us. The bartender made us awesome drinks. Yes there is parking fees and resorts fees but in this day age it's everywhere that charge. Very close to universal studios 10 min walk.

Stayed here last month for a birthday trip and picked this hotel since it was close to everything we planned for. They say you can walk to Universal Studios (which I didnt or wouldnt) as its all uphill and will definitely take you some time to get there, then you'll have to walk all day so plan accordingly. I believe there was a shuttle station that you could walk to that could take you to Universal Studios but at what cost and open hours, Im not sure. Only the hallways had a smell to it but don't let it throw you off. Our room was very roomy, nice renovation they did to the place. The shower is a little confusing but wasnt an issue. The front desk ladies are very kind and Jon the bartender in the lobby is very inviting and made a delicious bloody mary, what was needed after a long day from the park. Whether you're staying here or not, its a great place to get a drink as its also reasonably priced compared to other places. If you don't like the "party scene" but want to enjoy a drink, come here. They have on site parking, that you'll have to pay when you get there (about $35 a day) but if you park in a certain spots you may have to leave your keys just in case they need to move your vehicle over. The location, employees, and room make the price worth it. I'd stay here again when I'm in the area.

We really enjoyed our stay. They are currently doing room remodel so you should keep this spot on your radar. Easy access to Universal and the Metro along with some nice places to eat.

I had an amazing experience thanks to our bartender, Matt! He’s only about two weeks into the job, but you would never know it his attitude, energy, and willingness to learn are top-tier. He didn’t initially know how to make a Michelada, but we worked through it together and he absolutely nailed it. Honestly, it turned out to be the best Michelada I’ve had at any restaurant I go to. Matt is attentive, friendly, and truly cares about giving great service. It’s rare to see someone so new be this dedicated and enjoyable to interact with. This place is lucky to have him. If you stop by, definitely sit at the bar — Matt will take great care of you!

Very cozy hotel about 10 minutes walk to Universal Studios. There's a nice little store and bar on the first floor. There's also a taco place, a donut shop, pizza place a couple of blocks away. The staff is very courteous and professional.

Very close to universal. The rooms are being renovated and the hard work floors are nice.||The two drinks with your reservation is a really nice touch and we highly recommend you check out the bar! When you go you will meet a very friendly and helpful bartender named Matt. He makes a fantastic martini ^^
